Resolutions can be challenging, but anchoring your year or an intentional time period with one word can be a powerful way to center our lives in a manner that is connected to the Holy Spirit guiding us. If you don’t have a word for the year yet, here is a Christian-based one-word retreat to do before you begin your journaling journey. This process is inspired by www.myoneword.org, but it focuses more on the movement of the Holy Spirit’s guidance for our centering. By the end, you will have a word for the year to hold on to.
